Drink More Water

I was not able to update this blog for last five months because of an accident, surgery, hospitalization and recovery period. Still a large number of viewers have visited this blog and read my old posts. That gives me a lot of inspiration and confidence to continue this effort.

This is what I normally write on top of each post. But I have no hesitation in generally endorsing the following post. Water is good, it cleanses your body of all the toxins and facilitates circulation of blood.
However, in some deceases it accumulates at unwanted places within the body and causes health problems. Some medicines are prescribed to remove the excess water from the body through urine.

So take care while following this advice in consultation of your doctor. In any case water is preferable to soft drinks.

Drinking water is becoming more scarce these days. People have replaced them with juices, sodas and energy drinks, creating a host of problems for a body that was made to drink pure water. Most people don't realize they are constantly dehydrated, even if just a little, and the body pays a hefty price for it. Hydration is important, and here's why.

Dehydration causes Fatigue, High Blood Pressure, Asthama and allergies, Skin disorders, high cholesterol, Digestive dis orders, Constipation, Bladder or kidney problems, Joint pains os stiffness, Weight gain, premature aging etc. Water in our body plays vital part in smooth operation of all the organs in our body.
