Stroke has a new indicator

Stroke has a new indicator!  The Tongue:

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ...she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Jane went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening.
Jane's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 PM Jane passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had

they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Jane would be with us today. Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.
It only takes a minute to read this.
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR. Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (i.e. Chicken Soup)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.

I had read similar articles and was warned against the use of artificial sweeteners long before I actually felt any need for them. So I have rarely used them, but some people take sweeteners regularly and they also appear fine.  So it appears the reaction to these chemicals is selective similar to alergy. This articles gives some 'medical' information in great details. I do not know whether it is Authentic or not.

 The article states, "In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick She had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around. Walking was a major chore. It took everything she had just to get out of bed; she was in so much pain.  By March 2002, she had undergone several tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications. The doctors could not determine what was wrong with her. She was in so much pain, and so sick she just knew she was dying.  She put her house, bank accounts, life insurance, etc., in her oldest daughter's name, and made sure that her younger children were to be taken care of. She also wanted her last hooray, so she planned a trip to Florida (basically in a wheelchair) for March 22nd.

 On March 19, I called her to ask how her most recent tests went, and she said they didn't find anything on the test, but they believe she had MS.  I recalled an article a friend of mine e-mailed to me and I asked my sister if she drank diet soda? She told me that she did. As a matter of fact, she was getting ready to crack one open that moment.  I told her not to open it, and to stop drinking the diet soda! I e-mailed her an article my friend, a lawyer, had sent. My sister called me within 32 hours after our phone conversation and told me she had stopped drinking the diet soda AND she could walk! The muscle spasms went away. She said she didn't feel 100% but, she sure felt a lot better.  She told me she was going to her doctor with this article and would call me when she got home.

 Well, she called me, and said her doctor was amazed! He is going to call all of his MS patients to find out if they consumed artificial sweeteners of any kind. In a nutshell, she was being poisoned by the Aspartame in the diet soda.. and literally dying a slow and miserable death.  When she got to Florida March 22, all she had to take was one pill, and that was a pill for the Aspartame poisoning! She is well on her way to a complete recovery. And she is walking! No wheelchair! This article saved her life.
 If it says 'SUGAR FREE' on the label; DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
 I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on 'ASPARTAME,' marketed as'Nutra Sweet,' 'Equal,' and 'Spoonful.'
 In the keynote address by the EPA, it was announced that in the United States in 2001 there is an epidemic of multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. It was difficult to determine exactly what toxin was causing this to be rampant. I stood up and said that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject.

 I will explain why Aspartame is so dangerous: When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus.
 Many people were being diagnosed in error. Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, Methanol toxicity is!
 Systemic lupus has become almost as rampant as multiple sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers.
 The victim usually does not know that the Aspartame is the culprit. He or she continues its use; irritating the lupus to such a degree that it may become a life-threatening condition. We have seen patients with systemic lupus become asymptotic, once taken off diet sodas.
 In cases of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, most of the symptoms disappear. We've seen many cases where vision loss re- turned and hearing loss improved markedly.

 This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia. During a lecture, I said, 'If you are using ASPARTAME (Nutra Sweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs,
 Cramps,
 Vertigo,
 Dizziness,
 Headaches,
 Tinnitus,
 Joint pain,
 Unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!' People were jumping up during the lecture saying,'I have some of these symptoms. Is it reversible?'

 Yes!
 Yes!
 Yes!
 STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels! Many products are fortified with it! This is a serious problem. Dr. Espart (one of my speakers) remarked that so many people seem to be symptomatic for MS and during his recent visit to a hospice; a nurse stated that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Cokeaddicts, had all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence!

 Diet soda is NOT a diet product! It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydrates.
 It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight!
 These products also contain formaldehyde, which stores in the fat cells, particularly in the hips and thighs. Formaldehyde is an absolute toxin and is used primarily to preserve 'tissue specimens.'

 Many products we use every day contain this chemical but we SHOULD NOT store it IN our body!

 Dr. H. J. Roberts stated in his lectures that once free of the 'diet products' and with no significant increase in exercise; his patients lost an average of 19 pounds over a trial period.

 Aspartame is especially dangerous for diabetics. We found that some physicians, who believed that they had a patient with retinopathy, in fact, had symptoms caused by Aspartame. The Aspartame drives the blood sugar out of control. Thus diabetics may suffer acute memory loss due to the fact that aspartic acid and phenylalanine are NEUROTOXIC when taken without the other amino acids necessary for a good balance.

 Treating diabetes is all about BALANCE. Especially with diabetics, the Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier and it then deteriorates the neurons of the brain; causing various levels of brain damage,Seizures, Depression, Manic depression, Panic attacks, Uncontrollable anger and rage.

 Consumption of Aspartame causes these same symptoms in non-diabetics as well. Documentation and observation also reveal that thousands of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD have had complete turnarounds in their behavior when these chemicals have been removed from their diet.

 So called 'behavior modification prescription drugs' (Ritalin and others) are no longer needed.Truth be told, they were never NEEDED in the first place!
 Most of these children were being 'poisoned' on a daily basis with the very foods that were 'better for them than sugar.' It is also suspected that the Aspartame in thousands of pallets of diet Coke and diet Pepsi consumed by men and women fighting in the Gulf War, may be partially to blame for the well-known Gulf War Syndrome.

 Dr. Roberts warns that it can cause birth defects, i.e. mental retardation, if taken at the time of conception and during early pregnancy. Children are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should NEVER be given artificial sweeteners.
 There are many different case histories to relate of children suffering grand mal seizures and other neurological disturbances talking about a plague of neurological diseases directly caused by the use of this deadly poison.'

 Herein lies the problem: There were Congressional Hearings when Aspartame was included in 100 different products and strong ob-jection was made concerning its use. Since this initial hearing, there have been two subsequent hearings, and still nothing has been done. The drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets.

 Sadly, MONSANTO'S patent on Aspartame has EXPIRED! There are now over 5,000 products on the market that contain this deadly chemical and there will be thousands more introduced. Everybody wants a 'piece of the Aspartame pie.'
 I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame, knows how deadly it is.
 And isn't it ironic that MONSANTO funds, among others, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association and the Conference of the American College of Physicians?
 This has been recently exposed in the New York Times. These [organizations] cannot criticize any additives or convey their link to MONSANTO because they take money from the food industry and are required to endorse their products.

 Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote and presented a bill that would require label warnings on products containing Aspartame, especially regarding pregnant women, children and infants.
 The bill would also institute independent studies on the known dangers and the problems existing in the general population regarding seizures, changes in brain chemistry, neurological changes and behavioural symptoms.
 The bill was killed.
 It is known that the powerful drug and chemical lobbies are responsible for this, letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting and uninformed public. Well, you're informed now ! "

Some healthy foods

Vegetables, fruits, spices etc are having some benefits, whether whatever stated below is true or not. At the same time they can also have some unwanted effects in case of some individuals. So one has to be cautious in selecting them.

Here are some foods that are bursting full of health benefits but somehow never make it to most people's plates. Starting today, make sure you include them in your everyday diet.
 (The above statement is not correct. Cabbage, Pumpkin and Beetroot are commonly included in Indian vegetarian meals. Guava is already quite popular in masses and pomegranates are being consumed in larger quantities by the elite. Turmeric is a must in Indian kitchen and used almost everyday, Cinnamones are part of spicy and tasty food items. )


Vegetables

Dried plums: Plums are packed full of antioxidants.
Guava: Guavas are great for the digestive system, as well as in controlling high blood pressure and lowering the risk of cancer.

Spices

Turmeric: Turmeric is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and fights cancer.
Cinnamon: This super-spice helps control blood sugar and cholesterol.

SIX FREE DOCTORS

There is nothing new in this article that we have not heard or read before. We also try to follow these tips to a large extent.  However, in spite of that, we need services of other doctors.  Any way, they are not alternatives to the FREE doctors, they just supplement them.
My comments are given in (... brackets)

Ever heard of SIX FREE DOCTORS, whose advice is most crucial to a healthy life style? (....yes!)
We do not pay any heed to it (.... not true) as there are no visiting fees! (...... not in cash!)
Therefore their value is unimportant!    (.... not true)

These are :

1. SUNLIGHT:
The sun says, spend a little time with me while reading, exercising, listening to music, meditating, even chatting up with friends - do it with me! Just you and me, cause I am your BEST friend.
Physically and metaphorically Sunlight is beneficial to all. Giving light, its best, to everyone, regardless of caste or creed.
(not only to humans but to all creatures ..... and it also produces Vitamin D in our body.)

2. WATER:
6-8 glasses of water in a day, replenishes all the liquids of the body. And H2O is oxygen to every cell in the body. Our body thrives on fresh water. It is the greatest detoxifying agent ever produced. And it is FREE! (.... actualy water is a major component of our body. No water - no living body, only mummyfied skeleton. Another point: It was FREE once upon a time. It is still free in the nature, but it is costing us more and more as we need to collect it, filter it, purify it before drinking and we want it in our house or whereever we are!))

3. AIR:
Your Prana Shakti - Life breath! Just being aware of your breathing for a little while, invigorates every cell in the body. (....This doctor is anyway always accompanying us all 24 x 7,  no one can live without him)

PRANAYAM ( deep breathing ) - is a must, to exhale all carbon dioxide and take in  oxygen, in a clean and open environment. It is a luxury today to breathe fresh air.  (what a pity?) Do not neglect this. (how to get it if not available?)
Holding a breath and then releasing it, clears all the diseases in the body(..... Ramdeo Baba's advice)

4. DIET:
After consuming 3 of the 5 natures elements (Ether, Water, Air, Earth & Fire) get to the natures produce. Vegetables & fruits. (.. animals, birds and fish are also nature's products)
The Lord has provided plenty of choice. No need to be a Vegan, but the amount of cleansing the vegetables and fruit does to the system is amazing!  (... also roots, stem, leaves etc do the same)
The enzymes thus produced protect every cell in the body. Proteins are present in lentils and yogurt too.
Too much meat takes away 70% of the energy to digest it. So be moderate. We are basically herbivores and not carnivorous - by nature.

5. EXERCISE:
How can anything be consumed without the corresponding arrangement to digest the same?  (... excercise does not digest the food. It consumes the calories from food after it is digested)
The body must move. Walking can be a good form of exercise! But stretching the body is very essential. Starting from bed , when waking up and then being physically vibrant through the day.
Household work is NOT an exercise, it’s a chore!
Exercise in a proper state of mind and not under stress or duress. Relaxation is the reason for exercising a healthy state of mind. Exercise alone (.. why?) and not rushing!

6. REST:
Last but not the least the 6th doctor is REST! None of the above is possible without enough sleep, relaxation and rest from meetings a deadline!
Rest is the most important factor which gives impetus to all other 5!  (...?)
So do not neglect it. Resting with beautiful, positive  and creative thoughts is of course always recommended.
If you have negative thoughts, keep slogging, so you do not have the time to nurture them.
When resting have all the positive thoughts, nourishing thoughts, the foremost being Thanksgiving to the Lord, followed by love and compassion towards all the relationships you encounter - choicelessness  in love.

You are love incarnate. You cannot help but love. No likes or dislikes  in love. "SAMTA BHAV" Equilibrium! Equanimity! Equipoise!

Brain damaging habits

We have seen Brain Boosting Activities in an earlier Post . Here are some bad habits that are said to be harmful to our Brain. I am not so sure, because I too have some of them and am not sufficiently convinced to abandon them!

Brain Damaging Habits

1.     No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2.     Overeating

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3.     Smoking

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4.     High Sugar consumption

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5.     Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6.     Sleep Deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7.     Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered will increase the concentration of CO2 (carbon dioxide) and decrease the concentration of O2 Oxygen) that may lead to the brain damaging effects.

8.     Working your brain during illness

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9.     Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

I do not believe that wheat flour can be whitened chemically. I think it is just separated physically from the dust of the natural outer coating of food grains. So the rest of it is only starch. People used to remove this husk using a sieve at house. It was fed to the cattle or used as fuel. However, though it is not digestible to humans, it is considered to be rich in fibres and good for cleaning our digestive system by a scavenging action. Hence, now a days it is advised to avoid Maida and utilise whole wheat flour.

        We know that there are many people round the world who enjoy eating white bread. But today, we'd like to give you some facts that may shock and surprise you. It's not only that white bread isn't good for your health, it can actually be a real danger to your health!
       
        The Swiss government has been aware of the dangers of eating white bread for decades and in order to get its populace to stop eating it, Switzerland has placed a tax on the purchase of white bread. The tax money is given to bakers to reduce the price of whole wheat bread to encourage people to switch.  The Canadian government passed a law prohibiting the enrichment of white bread with synthetic vitamins. Bread must contain the original vitamins found in the grain, not imitations.

Essentially, white bread is dead bread. Frequently, consumers are not told the truth about this and so called enriched flour.  Why is the color of white bread so white when the flour taken from wheat is not?  It’s because the flour used to make white bread is chemically bleached, just like you bleach your clothes. When you are eating white bread, you are also eating residual chemical bleach .

Flour mills use different chemical bleaches, all of which are pretty bad.  Here are a few of them: Oxide of nitrogen, chlorine, chloride, nitrosyl and benzoyl peroxide mixed with various chemical salts.  One bleaching agent, chloride oxide, combined with whatever proteins are still left in the flour, produces alloxan. Alloxon is a poison and has been used to produce diabetes in laboratory animals.  Chlorine oxide destroys the vital wheat germ oil. It will also shorten the flour’s shelf life.

 Good Nutrition: You won’t find it In white bread.   In the process of making flour white, half of the good unsaturated fatty acids, that are high in food value, are lost in the milling process alone, and virtually all the vitamin E is lost with the removal of wheat germ and bran.   As a result, the remaining flour in the white bread you buy, contains only poor quality proteins and fattening starch. But that is not the whole story as to the loss of nutrients.  Here are some other statistics about the huge loss of nutrients when white bread is made: About 50% of all calcium is lost  · 70% of phosphorus  · 80% of iron  · 98% of  magnesium  · 75% of manganese  · 50% of potassium and  · 65% of of copper is destroyed when white bread is made.  · 80% of thiamin, 60% of riboflavin, 75% of niacin, 50% of pantothenic acid.  · About 50% of Pyridoxine is also lost. 
Scientific study has confirmed what the swiss have known for years these horrific numbers are the results of a study run by the university of california, college of agriculture. It is obvious, from what we have learned, that white bread should be avoided.    Whole wheat, rye and grain breads made with whole wheat flour are a better way.  It is a good idea to always read the labels and never buy foods that contain artificial flavors, colors, bleached flour, preservatives, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.

Take care of your back

You may not be able to prevent occasional back pain, but following tips will make it easier to cope. Take care of back and back will allow you to take care of your work better. You have to follow certain 'Do's and don’ts' for this purpose.

Do's

1. Make your back healthy and strong.

A)Exercise. Regular exercise that don't strain or jolt your back can increase strength and endurance in your lower back, allowing your muscles to function better. These exercises include walking, swimming or biking. Doing several simple exercises on a regular basis can help support and align your back and build muscle strength and flexibility. Prolonged bed rest isn't a good idea for back pain. Light activity speeds healing and recovery faster. If your back hurts, stop the aggravating activities but try to keep up activities that aren't painful.

B)Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight puts strain on your back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain. Eat a healthy diet. While food does not appear to be related to relieving back pain, your food intake does give you the needed nutrients to make sure all systems are working and functional. Eat healthy food which is rich in fiber. Reduce overeating and intake of sweets, oil, soft drinks, to reduce the chances of weight gain.

2. Control body movements  in everyday activities

A). Standing. Maintain a neutral pelvic position (pubic bone and the hip bone are in the same plane). If you must stand for long periods of time, alternate placing your feet on a low footstool to take some of the load off your lower back. Don’t stand with out support, lean against a wall or pillar while waiting for a cab /bus or standing in line at the bank or theater.

B). Sitting. Choose a chair with good lower back support consider placing a pillow or lumbar roll in the small of your back to maintain its normal curve. Keep your knees and hips level, feet firmly touching the floor. Chair should be with armrests, swivel base, up-down facility. For persons with back pain tilting facility is not required. In case it is in-built the same should be locked.

Correct sitting posture-
Feet firmly on the floor, with knees at hip level, back, and torso into a natural, 90° position.
Keep your elbow in, forearms should form a right angle with upper arms while using computer key-board /mouse or doing continuous writing work or reading a book.
Eye level should be at the top of computer terminal / TV screen.

C). Sleeping. Use a firm or medium firm mattress. Use pillows for support, but don't use a pillow that is high and your neck is at a severe angle.
When getting in and out of bed, get in on the side that is the most painful. First, sit on the edge of the bed. Then, without turning, lower your head and trunk onto the bed and bring your legs upon the bed. Roll onto your back, keeping your knees bent. Get out of bed by reversing the steps.
Try to sleep on your back, or on your side. If possible use contour pillow (cervical pillow) where your body is allowed to rest in its natural position and shoulder and neck is supported, muscles are relaxed and sleep is more refreshing. Use a pillow under your knees (only If back is more comfortable).

D). Lifting. Move straight up and down and not on sides. Keep your back straight and bend only at the knees Let your legs take the maximum load. Hold the object close to your body. Avoid lifting and twisting simultaneously. Find a lifting partner if the object is heavy or awkward

E). Driving. Always wear your seatbelt. Make sure your lower back is supported squarely in the seat. Badly designed or compressed car seats are a major cause of postural distortion in a car, use driving aids lumbar rolls, back support, wedges if required. On long journeys, stop regularly to move and stretch as often as you can.Use a headset with your phone.

F)Riding.  Always keep your feet on foot-rest while riding and don’t dangle as for as possible. Keep your body straight and relaxed. Don’t wear lumbar support or abdominal support belts and ride, it can lead to further muscular problems. Use only self starter (no kick starting) vehicle. On long journeys, stop regularly to move and stretch as often as you can. Use a headset with your phone.

Don’t

A).Never bend at the waist or stoop to pick up an object. Instead, lower the body to the level of the object by bending the knees. Grasp the item, hold it close to the body, and raise yourself with your legs while keeping your back straight.

B).Don’t stand with out support, lean against a wall or pillar while waiting for a cab, bus or standing in line at the bank or theater.

C). Don’t work continuously have a brake from sitting every 30 minutes, stand up, walk around, stretch forward, backward, and side to side.Similarly if your work involve continuous standing  sit in every brake and relax.

D). Avoid slouching forward or leaning back too far.

E).Avoid wearing tight cloths, any kind of belt and high heeled shoes which will cause stiffness of joints and will restrict your free movement of back.

F).Quit smoking. Smokers have diminished oxygen levels in their spinal tissues, which can hinder the healing process.

Diet for Diabetes

While I had almost objected to the contents in the last post on this blog, in this case I am tending towards endorsing the advice. I have not heard of  Glycemic Index (GI) and unless it is known for each edible substance, it is difficult to follow the Diet recommended below. Also the quantities are not specified. They are very important.
 Sum and substance of all the physicians tell us about our diet is eat less of carbohydrates, exclude refined sugar, take minimum fats, some fruits and a lot of vegetables, in boiled as well as raw form. A simple clue to decide about quantities is to stop eating, when your stomach is almost full, but still has some space left. In no case think of over eating.

Diabetic's - diet !


 If you're on the wrong side of the sugar border and are wondering how to combat the sugar beast, then stick to the age-old principle of eating right. A balanced diet is vital to good health.

For Breakfast:

Must-haves:
 Brown bread, bajra-based dishes
 Oats (boil the water before  putting the oats in)
 Fruits like apples, cherries, pears,  papaya and peaches (these have a low Glycemic Index (GI))
 Low-fat yoghurt
Avoid:
 Idli and meals that have a high GI. Try not to have ragi porridge.

Brunch:

 Vegetable clear soup/spinach soup (without cream)
 Multi-grain bread sandwiches, bran crackers or rusk

For Lunch:

 Start with salads, as they have a high satiety value
 Basmati or brown rice (it has a lower GI) with rajma, horse gram, moong dal or red kidney beans.
 Green leafy vegetables and snake and bitter gourd
 Soya (an essential part of the diet)
 Skimmed-milk curd Avoid:
 White rice and root vegetables like potatoes and carrots (these have a high GI)

For Dinner:

 Soya dosa or bajra roti. Eat more vegetables and dal

 End your day with a glass of skimmed milk

A So called Cure For Diabetes

I write this sentence at the beginning of each article. In this perticular case, I have NO Faith at all in the presribed medicine. Water boiled with wheat flour and barley is not going to last for more than a few hours unless it is refrigerated and I cannot think of drinking so much of gum and making my stomach and intestines sticky. I have no idea about Kalunji and do not even know whether they are edible. This 'forward' is given here as an example of what sort of advices float around through e-mails.

Method of Preparation : Put all the above ingredients in 5 cups of water. Boil it for 10 minutes and put off the fire. Allow it to cool down by itself. When it has become cold, filter out the seeds and preserve the water in a glass jug  or bottle.

How to use it? Take one small cup of this water every early morning when your stomach is empty. Continue this for 7 days.  Next week repeat the same but in alternate days with these 2 weeks of treatment you will wonder to see that you have become normal to eat normal food without problem.
